"Rent to Own" Purchase Option
Obtaining a loan from a Thai bank can be very difficult for a foreign national. The bank will require security in the form of a local property or land registered in the name of the loan applicant, or in the name of a business owned by the applicant, as well as evidence of a regular income. If you are a first home buyer in Thailand, you will need an alternate solution.
Our "Rent to Own" program
This program is unique in our area and overcomes the problem of obtaining bank finance in order to buy a property. These are the key points of this program.
- You apply for a “rent to own” purchase contract which, if acceptable, you exchange with the property owner.
- You pay a deposit to purchase the property. The amount is negotiated with the property owner and can be as low as 30% of the total purchase price.
- Your monthly rental payments are treated as loan repayments.
- You obtain title to the property when all repayments have been completed.
